This company has gone through some major changes over recent years and is now structured, organised and proficient. They continue to develop their systems and never rest of their laurels. Currently, they have a number of operational mines in WA and looking to expand with further exploration and near mine resource development. They are primarily focused on rare and base metals.

This role reports into the geology manager and has junior team members reporting into it. You will be required to provide leadership, mentoring and input into grade control and scheduling. There is also an ongoing aspect to continually looking at ways to improve efficiency and productivity of the operation.

Key attributes required:

• Tertiary qualified in geology
• Australian open pit experience favourable
• Ability to lead a team
